Workin on my Fitness

I have only a few more weeks before my dress arrives and I want to be in the best shape I can possibly be in. Being lazy and giving excuses is no longer an option. No weekends off, no bad food, and no....gasp....root beer. I work out on a regular basis, but now its getting closer and I really want to be....well....perfect. When I was little my parents would go to thrift stores and buy Laura and I wedding dresses from the thrift store for $1 and we would dress up all the time, even for Halloween. I have looked forward to my wedding day for as long as I can remember. Now its actually happening with the perfect man.
Monday night I worked out to exercise TV since Brad wasn't feeling very good, I decided to stay home and keep him company. He read a book while I worked out for an hour doing 1/2 an hour of butt and legs, and a 1/2 an hour of abs. Then this morning I woke up at 5:30am and went and swam laps at the pool and did pool exercises that I found online. Tonight I am going to a really intense spin class for an hour where I sweat and sweat. It hurts, but I always feel so good afterwards.
Wednesday I plan on doing a class at the gym for an hour, I think they have some sort of class with cardio and then I'll do another 1/2 an hour of lifting weights and getting my butt, legs and abs really tightened up.
Thursday, swim in the am for an hour, gym after work.
Friday Exercise TV for an hour.
That's my plan.....and I'm sticking to it.
