My Very First Blog

I love the idea of having a blog to track my wonderful relationship with Brad. Brad's sister Jenny has a great one that she started with her husband Brian and I love love love the idea. Now to come up with ideas to "blog" about......I think I'll start with some of the things that I would love to do as a couple with Brad, places that I would like to go to. Things that would be fun to experience together, have fun, and grow stronger as a couple.

No particular order, just a list of cool things that would be fun to do.

• Emerald Downs Horse races.....It really sounds like a fun time, besides a girl needs any excuse she can to wear a big floppy hat :) I am hoping to do this one soon, I think thats why this list was even on my mind.
• Space Needle....Brad and I have both never been, we both have lived in Washington forever, but have never been. I hear lunch there is much cheaper than dinner and you can still see the beautiful view but just a little cheaper.
• Pike Place Market.....I have been many times and I love being there, there are so many things to look at and places to eat. I would love to catch a fish from the famous pike place fish market. Its one of the items on my life list.
• Woodland Park Zoo....I haven't been since I was in high school. I love animals, especially giraffes, they are my favorite. I think I'd like to save this one for when Brad's Daughter Laney comes for a visit and we can take her together.
• Snoqualamie Falls....I love waterfalls. They are so peaceful. When I lived in Iceland they were everywhere and I loved it.
• Spirit of Washingotn Dinner Train and Murder Mystery....have dinner and solve a murder mystery sounds like fun to me. I love mysteries. And I've never been on a train.
• Visit two very important people in both of our lives....Brad's little angel Laney in Kansas and my sister Laura in Texas. I haven't met Laney yet and I am very excited to meet her when the time comes. I talk about Brad to my sister on the phone all the time and I just want her to see first hand why I am so in love with him.
• Camping.....I love the idea of spending some quality time with a warm fire, comfy clothes, the outdoors and time to spend with Brad and our families. I had such a great time the last time we went.
• Water Park......we just passed by one the other day and I realized I have never been to the one here. We should go while its pretty outside.
• Drive in Movie......One of my most favorite dates that I have had with Brad. We brought his truck, put sleeping bags in the pickup, relaxed and had snacks while we watched the movie outdoors. It was romatic, I would love to go again, besides its in Oak Harbor and its super cheap to go to a movie.
• Walks on the beach.....to watch the beautiful sunsets together and talk about our day. We want to start collecting rocks when we take walks on the beach and tumble them to make them nice and shiny....we'll use them in our apartment to decorate or something..... something special we can have.

There are so many things that I can't wait to experience with Brad....we have only been together for a short time, but we have already done so many fun things together. He is so much fun and makes me smile like I have never smiled before. I can't wait to see what the future holds for us.
