My baby is already 5 days old. I can't believe I'm not pregnant anymore. It seemed like I was pregnant forever because of bed rest, but now that she's here its so surreal. Today is the first day that I have attempted to get dressed, put makeup on, and do my hair. I've been so exhausted that I have just been a mess the past couple of days. So today is my first day back to the old me.....I'm still retaining a ton of water. I thought the water retention was supposed to go away when you have the baby? I was wrong again. 
I love the way he looks at her, the way she looks at him. Maybe she looks at him and thinks, hey I remember your voice......and I look like you :)
These jammies are my favorite. She is so tiny, but in these particular jammies they fit perfectly and they looked so cute on her. By the way, the pillow is made by boppy....without it I would have gone crazy, she would nap on it, I could sit her on it when I took a shower, it was pretty much a lifesaver when she was born. The neat thing about it is that she can use it as a pillow when she is a toddler.
