Three days old we decided to finally get out of the house with our baby boy and take him to the Oak Harbor High School Homecoming football game. 
My girlfriend Sam gave us the cutest little outfit for Jax that was perfect for this occasion, a little football sack. My girlfriend Robin gave us the adorable matching football hat, its my favorite. 
Our friends the Whittingham's joined us for a night out. It was so nice to visit with one another and have our kids hang out together.
Brad entered a contest a few weeks earlier that Papa Murphy's was holding. If your name was drawn you would have a chance to kick a field goal for the chance to win $1000 and pizza for a year or you could have the high school field goal kicker kick it for $500 and pizza for a year. Brad's name was called! It was so exciting and unexpected. Brad decided that we would have better luck having the high school player kick it. On the first attempt, the kicker missed the goal but then the crowd went crazy screaming for a do over. On the second try, he made the goal and the crowd cheered! The players boosted him up on their shoulders as they celebrated. 
Thank you Papa Murphy's for blessing our family with this amazing prize money and free pizza for a year. We have pizza every Friday so we will definetly be using our free pizza for a year!
