Garage Sale and Hawks Game

Saturday was the big Herman, Tesch, and McGill family garage sale. It was such a beautiful and hot day. We were all up bright and early at 6:00am over at my mom and dad's house. We had a great time with each other. We all sold quite a bit of "our junk". It was really nice to fianlly get rid of it all and make some molah! Brad and I left making about $60, my mom and dad made about $200, not sure what everyone else made, but they did pretty good :) Grace made a killing. She sold lemonade for $0.25 a cup and made about $30 profit! She also sold some artwork for $0.10 a piece. I bought the masterpiece titled "Peacock Lady". It was so cute.

After we wrapped up the garage sale, Brad and I took off to the Seahawks game in Seattle. Josh and Mishal gave us tickets to the preseason game vs daaaaa bears. They were such great seats, except for the fact that they were pretty high up and really close to the edge, I was a little scared.

We found free parking and ate before the game to save some money. So all in all we made money in the morning and only spent about $25 on drinks and food :) I now understand the term the 12th man. That crowd was sooooooloud. Brad told me that he's been there when it was louder. I love how we support our local sports...the best in the nation! Towards the end of the game, you could see the beautiful view of the space needle and the bright red sky. It was so perfect. We won in overtime, it was such a great game. I love watching sports with Brad, he's so passionate about them. I love sports too, its so nice that we like a lot of the same things.
What a great day with my future hubby.

My ring looks so pretty in Qwest field :)
